Corrective Warm Ups, multi-joint corrective exercises mixed with dynamic warm ups. Corrective exercises target muscle imbalances while dynamic warm-ups warm up major muscle groups. Why not just do cardio for 5 minutes? Cardio by itself does not prepare the muscle for the work ahead...it just raises your core temperature.
