http://www.rma.edu Randolph-Macon Academy cadets performed this demonstration of their armed regulation routine during Homecoming 2010, in spite of having missed two weeks of practice due to the team's instructor being out for surgery. R-MA is a co-ed military boarding school in Virginia. It offers Air Force JROTC for students who are in grades 9-12. The Air Force JROTC unit has been named a Distinguished Unit with Merit multiple times. The program includes a focus on leadership training and "real life" skills such as completing job applications, balancing a checkbook, and applying to college. Students also learn military protocols and procedures, with a concentration on how those skills translate into the civilian world—such as how to dress properly, greet someone correctly, and stay organized.
