In this CNN iReport video the Salsa Twins talk about their passion on growing up loving food. Their grandmother, Josephine Chavez Griggs coined the term New Mexican Food.

A love affair with food and engineering from the age of 3, the Salsa Twins (Jim & John Thomas) turned a Albuquerque, New Mexico destination restaurant into a nationwide sensation bottling their red and green chile salsa called El Pinto Salsa.

"New Mexican cuisine is humble cuisine using basic ingredients. What makes El Pinto particularly unique is that we still serve the traditional recipes of our grandmother, Josephine Chavez Griggs.
