The last instalment of the Dolce&Gabbana Milano Thunder Fitness Programme is still with light weight boxer and WSB Champion Domenico Valentino. The punch bag is an essential bit of kit in ay boxer's gym and here Domenico demonstrates some simple punch combination exercises to get you punching, not just with your fists but with your whole body.
There are some simple warming-down stretches as well which are important for maintaining flexibility and avoiding injury. Add these to your Dolce&Gabbana Milano Thunder workouts and you should be in peak condition this summer!
