The war in Syria should not be viewed from the point of view of the struggle for territory, but from the point of view of the continuation of the domestic policy of the powerful. Then it becomes clear why Erdogan Kurdish city of Afrin is a way to raise the domestic rating. From this point of view, the main thing for Putin is to reconcile the Syrians at a conference in Sochi, despite the fact that they do not want it so much. War bears them financing from different points of influence, and without war, they will be forced to work themselves. Where and when will be issued the world in Syria? About this in the program "Dialogues" says the head of the direction "East," said Gafurov and international observer Love Stepulov.
Basmachestvo (from the Turkic "Basma" — RAID + suffix-Chi)[12][13] — military-political and religious guerrilla movement of the local population of Central Asia in the first half of the XX century, which arose after the 1917 revolution in Russia. The first significant pockets of this movement arose after the defeat of the Bolsheviks and Armenians-Dashnaks Kokand autonomy in Turkestan, and after the national separation — in the territories of modern Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, which aimed to fight the Soviet regime and the expulsion of the Bolsheviks.
Large organized armed groups of representatives of this movement were called in the Soviet media as Basmachi. Themselves participants in these armed groups called Mujahideen, that is, participants Jihad-the Holy war of Muslims against infidels, that is, non-Muslims.
In Soviet times, the concept and the Basmachi Basmachi were a shade of extreme condemnation[14]. After the collapse of the Soviet Union against the Basmachi in the independent republics of Central Asia are gradually being revised[15]. At present, this movement is also called by some as the "liberation movement of the peoples of Central Asia".
According to the official version, basmachestvo as an organized force was eliminated throughout Central Asia in 1931-1932, although some battles and clashes continued until 1942[16][17].
