The ability to visualize and measure the structure and activity of the brain is essential to understanding and treating epilepsy. Fortunately, technological advances are steadily improving our ability to do this. In this presentation, Dr. Zillgitt, from the Henry Ford Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, and Dr. Asano, from the Comprehensive Epilespy Center at Children's Hospital of Michigan, review advances in neurodiagnostics (focusing on MEG) as well as neuroimaging technologies (focusing on PET).
