[Please pardon the poor audio and shaky video. OMB made no provisions for public participation or webcasting for this workshop, but brave volunteers from United Republic were able to surreptitiously film the proceedings by cleverly disguising a camera as a "smart" phone, then--while attendees were crowded around the lavishly-catered public buffet--snuck out and smuggled the footage from the heavily guarded NIST campus to a location with "Internet access" in the remote hamlet of Gaithersburg, Maryland where they were able to "upload" it. This segment features Steedman from the British Standards Institute (a nonprofit which paid it's CEO $1,029,161 in 2010) and Thomas from the ASTM (a nonprofit which paid Mr. Thomas $822,017).]
