Since 2003, Bell Helicopter, Lockheed Martin and Vought Aircraft Industries have led the Aerospace Cluster with a focus on the current and future workforce. Aerospace companies were facing an aging workforce and the loss of highly skilled labor on both the manufacturing and engineering side of the house. To fill those gaps, the Aerospace Cluster created "Gotta Jet?" a marketing tool designed to attract students, parents and teachers to careers in aerospace manufacturing. Today's students are not only competing against local talent but job seekers from around the globe. "Gotta Jet?" allows students to set goals beyond just receiving a diploma and helps pave the way for a successful future.
