Because I wanted you to share it in it's entirety.
It really isn't often that I'm speechless, but WOW!
I thought Innis & Gunn Original Oak Cask Beer was as close to that myth that we call 'perfection' as you could get, but this just raised the bar. The Original had earned my BG Rating of 99! So, where do you go from there?
It's better. Those gorgeous, honey, malt, oak and vanilla characteristics are not only enriched, but smoothly out too. The Original is matured for 77 days. The 99 days of maturation that this class ale sits patiently for, means that those buxom flavours are really balanced out and seasoned to produce a work of liquid art that would make a Bernini sculpture blush on all 4 cheeks. These are a limited edition. Make sure you get one. Oh and when you drink it, treat it well. Don't neck it down! Spend time taking it in. Let the aromas call to you before sipping each beautiful mouthful.
BG Rating 99.4
