~ Barry Picazo and Tiffany Le (co-owner Ferdie Pernia was not available) held an impromptu press conference during the Philippine American Press Club-USA's "Kapihan sa Fort McKinley."
Barry and Tiffany disclosed their plans for the forthcoming soft opening on Father's Day, June 17, 2012. They also talked about how the various function rooms would provide a more vibrant venue for dining and dancing as well as Karaoke nights. Barry also related about meeting the original owners of Brentwood Lodge who debunked all the unsavory rumors about the building's origins. The building was built in 1955.
The Press Club's topic was timely: The Future of Filipino American Journalism and Journalists.
