This fire station knew they had an issue with back injuries and wanted to get rid of them. So we brought them a couple Teeter Inversion Tables to give a try - see what they have to say.

"Announcer: We hear all the time about the difference Teeter Hang Ups has made in people’s lives. But we wanted to truly put it to the test and since firefighting is one of the most physically strenuous jobs that demands so much from your back we thought what better place to test in then in a fire station. So we sent a few table to one of the top fire departments in the country to gauge the impact it had on their lives and jobs.

Jeff S: I’ve had several back injuries on the jo b and they still nag me. I’ve been using the Teeter for about a month now I noticed I was sleeping better at night. I wasn’t turning and tossing I wasn’t having the stiff back I felt more relaxed.

Matt T: I’ll admit I was skeptical before I got on it I thought well we’ll see exactly what this can actually do for my joints and my back and when I first got on it I found it easy to use. Instantly I was feeling the effects from it. My lower back was feeling better in the mornings and I just kinda feel rejuvenated get it off it every day.

Jake B: Because I do have a history of lower back injuries, the thing I like about the Teeter is that it really allows my lower back to relax. I feel like it decompresses my spine.

Jim W: Back injuries can be detrimental to a person’s career it can be detrimental to our patients it can be detrimental to the other crew members. If somebody injuries there back and there are unable to perform, especially in the middle of an indecent.

Mandy J.: Firefighters often have all this weight compressing their spine for the entire duration of basically our work shift especially if we are on a fire call. Being able to come back and off all that weight, and then decompress your spine makes perfect sense.

After awhile with dealing with my joint pain got to where it just aw that’s just the way it is and not much else I can really do about it I’m working out I’m stretching I’m staying active but I guess that’s just the way things are for now. I’ll just have some lower back pain that’s just the it way it is. So when I started using the Teeter I noticed that it started improving and my knees as well. The Teeter has had a major impact on my life.

Jim W.: For me I’m in my 50s now and having that ability to relieve the tension in my back with the Teeter is great, I love it."
