WikiLeaks - Hillary Clinton cheats during debate. DNC Donna Brazile emails question to her campaign

Collusion? This is from John Podesta's emails, released by WikiLeaks. John Podesta is the Chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. So somehow, Donna Brazile emailed a question to the Clinton campaign staff that would be asked to Hillary... the day before the townhall debate.

Is this evidence of media collusion against Bernie and for Hillary? It appears as if the head of the DNC, Donna Brazile, actually knew beforehand what Hillary Clinton would be asked at the townhall by this citizen, and was therefore able to prepare Hillary Clinton with an answer.

This is potentially proof that Hillary Clinton and the DNC cheated at the debates, therefore putting Bernie Sanders at an extreme disadvantage. Perhaps the system is rigged after all.
