Tutorial for how to use FlashFXP to FTP files to your softmodded Xbox and how to format a stock Seagate HDD to 10GB using CHIMP2618
This tutorial will show you how to use FlashFXP to transfer (FTP) files to your softmodded Xbox. The example used to illustrate this is to FTP the program CHIMP2618 to your Xbox. The video then shows you how to see if you have a Western Digital or Seagate stock HDD and shows you how to install CHIMP2618 and use it to partition a stock Seagate HDD to get access to an extra 2GB of storage space. The reason that getting an extra 2GB out of a stock HDD is important is that you cannot install CoinOPS 5 Lite (it is just a little bit too big ~100mb) on a stock WD HDD without removing a few games. However, CoinOPS 5 Lite will fit on a Seagate HDD once you get access to the extra 2GB of space. This tutorial is meant to help folks completely new to modding understand how to FTP files onto an Xbox in preparation to installing CoinOPS 5 Lite or emulators. A tutorial covering how to install CoinOPS 5 Lite is in the works and will be posted soon. This is a summary of what I have learned from other tutorials. If there are way that I can improve the tutorial please let me know 
Hardware you need
A router box (most folks have a wireless router in the home) and an Ethernet cable.
A program that allows you to FTP into your xbox.
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard Internet protocol that is used to transfer files between computers. In this case between your PC and your xbox.
I use flash fxp (there are other programs that do this too)

CHIMP2618
This software allows you to partition your stock xbox HDD. Stock xbox HDDs were either made by Seagate or Western Digital. Both were originally formatted to 8GB. The Seagate HDD is however a 10GB HDD and you can use CHIMP2618 to format a stock Seagate HDD and get access to that extra 2GB.
