Satay Bulgogi By Chef Magda & Chef Faiza Ingredient : 300 gr Beef Sirloin 1 Onion ( cut in 8 Pcs ) 1 Carrot ( cut 1 cm ) 1 Japanese Cucumber ( cut 2 cm then cut in 4 pcs ) 3 tbsp green Onion ( Cut in small pieces ) Sauce : 6 tbsp Pear Juice ( From half of pear ) 6 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp Corn Syrup / Sugar 3 tbsp Rice Wine / Cooking wine 1 ½ tbsp Garlic ( Chopped ) 1 tbsp Sesame Seed 2 cm Ginger ( Chopped ) ¼ tbsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp cooking Oil 10 Pcs Bamboo Stick ( skewer ) How to cook them : Mix all the Sauce with the Beef Sirloin , marinate for a while Cook Carrot in the grill use a little oil until it is half done Then use Bamboo stick Put Onion -- Beef -- Carrot -- Beef -- Japanese Cucumber Put just a little oil on the grill and start BBQ your Satay Bulgogi , Cook both side about 2 minutes , put more sauce when u grill it.
