【材料】:春捲皮6張、蝦仁12兩、肥肉4兩、蛋1個、香菜2支、玉米粉1大匙、鹽1/3小匙、酒1/3`小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙
【做法】:
1蝦仁拍碎剁成泥,加入酒、蛋白、胡椒粉、鹽、太白粉拌勻,再加入肥肉、攪拌後放入冰箱冰20分鐘。
2取一張春捲皮 灑上太白粉抹平,再舖上蝦泥接著再舖上一張春捲皮,用刀面拍平後用刀口劃幾刀。
3以中火入油鍋,炸至金黃色,撈起再回鍋炸第二次均勻切塊即完成「月亮蝦餅」。
