I didn't expect my previous video to suddenly make it on Mashable, Engadget, Google+, Android Police and Reddit within 24 hours, but I'm glad so many people enjoyed the demo. Since then, I have received tons of requests for additional examples of voice searches on Android 4.1, so there you go.
Questions include who is Donald Trump married to, and what's the slogan of Apple.
In the last 2 demos, I'm showing off *note to self*, and seeing how long it takes Android to load Maps, from the time you ask for a place until you get the details page, without caching or pre-loading (and it was lightning fast!). And did I mention: the improved compass mode with indoor street view is just like being there!
Note: some viewers accused me of manipulating the 47 questions demo to make processing and loading times appear quicker than it is in real-time (which is not the case - as stated, the only editing were in terms of ordering and trimming time *between* queries). So to prove how fast Google works in this video, everything from 0:05 to 3:00 is shot without interruption. The last 2 demos, I had to do separately because they required jumping back and forth between applications.
If there are any tests you'd like to me to try, feel free to hit me on Google+. http://gplus.to/jeanlouisnguyen . I can't do comparisons, however. The Galaxy Nexus is my only smartphone.
