So about 8 weeks ago now I broke my foot, doing a rather silly height drop. Since then I've done no training at all really, apart from this last week, where I've started to get back out a little, though my foot still isn't 100%. I'd been learning Front Fulltwists for a few days prior to my injury, so I just picked up where I left off. I KNOW they look terrible atm, but I'm not a gymnast and therefore I'm not too bothered about having perfect form right now. Any constructive criticism/tips/hints more than welcome!
And Due to my injury, my 2012 showreel may come a lot later than I'd hoped haha!
