High Intensity Interval Training has been the underground secret when it comes to cardio. While everyone is focusing on the boring aerobic cardio routines, you can do these intense and fun routines in only a few minutes, while reaping the rewards hours after the workout is done.
In this video I outline a training routine I call "Explosive Legs". This routine includes: Bodyweight Squats Front Lunges Step Ups Squat Jumps Done in circuit fashion as fast as possible. Complete the circuit, take a short break, then repeat.
This will give you explosive leg power for many sports including jumping and running sports.
