This video shows how to make Koie maacher Jhol, a fish curry from Bengal. Koie fish is climbing perch, a tasty fish with omega acid. For this recipe we used the following ingredients:
Koi fish, cleaned
Potato (each sliced lengthwise into 4 pieces)
Mustard Oil
Bay leaf
Dry red chili
Punch Phoron
Green chili paste
Ginger paste
Green chili slit
Salt
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Cilantro (Coriander leaves), chopped
