EN: This was my last set of my backtraining of today in where I still lifted a few reps RAW Deadlift with 230Kg / 506 LBS – no straps, no belt no “pink fingernails”..... I guess it's OK vor an “oldtimer VEGAN

ES: Esto ha sido mi última serie de entrenamiento de espalda de hoy en donde he hecho un par de repeticiones de peso muerto en RAW y con 230 Kg , es decir sin cinto, sin correas para agarre y “sin las uñas pintadas”... creo que no esta mal para un VEGANO mayorcito
