http://www.cricketcandy.com To create curved lettering in Silhouette Studio, first you need to open a new blank project. Next, draw a circle-- the curve of the circle is the curve that your letters will follow, so make sure it is the size you want it to be. Now, select the text tool and write your text in your chosen size and font. After you have typed in your text, then you will see a small circle with a plus in the bottom left hand corner of your text. Click and drag your text using that circle. When you are positioned next to the original circle you drew, the text will follow the curve. If your text is running into itself, then widen the character spacing percentage. Experiment with moving it around to get it where you want it, then the final step is to select the original circle, and set the cut settings to no cut. You have to leave the circle in order to have the curved text, but you don't have to cut the circle. Note, there is also a slider that allows you to expand or contract the text. It shows up as a line next to the circle with the plus.
