Creamy, rich and absolutely delectable, Basundi is a fabulous make ahead dessert for Diwali! Here is my way of making it.

Ingredients
Full fat milk (4.5% fat) 1.5 liters (do not use low fat)
Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons
Saffron strands a generous pinch
Sliced pistachios for garnish
