Edit: Okay, I can see that there are some people (almost half the people) who don't like this. I think it has something to do with the crackling and heartbeat - I have gotten messages from people saying that it's actually more anxiety-inducing than relaxing. If you have to concentrate better on your study or just reading a book, plug your headphones in and give this video a spin. You can of course listen to this ambient noise through normal speakers, however it will have the best effect if you use headphones/headset.
