Start with the kettlebell between your legs Squat down, and grab it Explode up as if you were going to do a High Pull Remember keep your core engaged, and DO NOT LET YOUR BACK ARCH!!!! Make sure lead with the elbow, and use mainly your legs for power Once your elbow is at the top of the high pull movement shoot your up straight up As if to punch the sky Now don't fall over, and try not to stumble back, focus on staying straight Once you have control return the kettlebell back down to the ground Repeat same side, or switch hands
