UFO Sighted over Virgie, KY 10/16/2012

Earlier I said I would believe that this was a "Google Project Loon" object when they showed me a picture of it on the ground before it was launched. I have since seen a picture of this object, pre-launch, and now believe it is the same object. Thanks to Megan Neil, author of the article that contained the picture. It can be seen at:

This original video was taken by Allen Epling on 10/16/2012 through a Meade 8" SCT astronomical telescope. I want to emphasize that the object is NOT moving, The picture is unsteady because I had to hold the camera in hand while trying to video it through the eyepiece of the telescope.
