showering without arms

Tisha UnArmed demonstrates how she goes about her day to day this particular video focuses on how she takes a shower.

A lot of people ask me, "how do you shower in the morning?" and I respond "with my feet" but most people couldn't imagine taking a shower without arms simply because they stand up in the shower. Would it be difficult to stand on one foot and rub your body with your other while standing in the shower as water pours down on you? YES that's why I don't do it. I sit in the bath tub and use a bath mat to keep from slipping.
