Hi everyone! I've been playing around with this lineage of movements for a little while & want to share it, because it's so close to what people already do yet can expand one's pathways immensely!
To do an arm slide, you will want to have some familiarity with the "isopop" variation of moves. Even if you don't, I hope this video shows a clear way to bring the hoop sliding across the back of your hand & arm closer to your body. Play with it and please let me know what you come up with :)
