Not sure why the video is titled "train delts."  No delts were trained during the filming of this video.

Too much dumbbell weight for old Richy boy - on the shoulder press and lateral raise exercises. His eccentric contractions in the dumbbell press were very poor - thanks to ego. In the dumbbell lateral raise he used the same exact movements that he said not to use - therefore he's not following his own rules. Seated or standing, the back MUST be stabilized in order to reap the full benefits of the lateral exercise. Rocking the back defeats the purpose. I'm highly disappointed in a bodybuilding retiree like Gaspari.
