Maintain eye health

Vitamin C and E can help protect eyes from cataracts and age related macular degeneration. Vitamin C is found in pineapples, strawberries, and red bell peppers. Vitamin E can be found in peanut butter and almonds.

Also, minerals like zinc and beta --carotene may help improve your night vision and eye health. Zinc can be found in brown rice, chicken, and milk, while beta-carotene can be found in sweet potatoes and carrots.

Make sure to consult your doctor about questions on your eye health.
