For a while now i've wanted to tackle the subject of Mental Health on this channel. It's something that is very important to me and something I feel incredibly strongly about. However I've always put it off because i'd never worked out how to approach it. In the end I decided just to talk about it in the same way I would to a friend because ultimately that's exactly the way we should be approaching it.
