This is a very tasty Indian snack, that can be made in a jiffy.



Green chilly 4 Numbers
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Hing 1 Pinch
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Cashew nuts 10 Grams
Urad daal 1 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Ghee 2 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Numbers
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons
Tomatoes 3 Numbers
Bread 5 Piece


Heat ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad daal, cashew nut, curry leaves, hing, turmeric, ginger, green chilly, onions, add water, salt, lemon juice, once come to a boil add tomatoes, bread mix this, put the lid on and switch off the flame

Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard, fenugreek seeds, add curry leaves, pinch of hing, raw mango (cut into small pieces) sauté this, add salt, jagerry and add water put the lid on cook for some time, then add tamarind juice, cook it and switch off the flame.
