- 1/3 C Stout Beer
- 1/3 C Brown Mustard Seeds
- 1/3 C Texas Pete® Honey Mustard Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. CHA! by Texas Pete® Siracha Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Malt Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves

Method of Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine beer and mustard seeds, cover with plastic wrap, place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.

2. Transfer the seed mixture into a blender and blend until grainy.

3. In a large pot, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool, then whisk in blended seed mixture.

4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with charcuterie items such as salami, prosciutto, pickles, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cheeses, bread or crackers and enjoy!
