My submission for the FireDrums XIV tutorial contest.
This tutorial uses twin hoops, but is easily adaptable to fans, as the grips are very similar.

Post-Editing Note: It was pointed out to me that the segment from 2:50-3:15 where I am slowly demonstrating the motion of the wrists is misleading, as it shows me with arms raised at the top. The raised arms demonstrate a mode of entry into the crosser, not what they look like once you are in the crosser. Or, taken as a different move entirely, you could think of the raised-arms version as a variation on regular crossers. In the regular crosser, I do not raise my arms like that, as can be seen from 3:15-3:25 and 0:20-0:37.
