Kin Y. Sze:

Kin Sze is a Can -- Fit -- Pro certified Personal Trainer Specialist and holds First Aid certification. He is also a certified Poliquin International Level 1 Strength Conditioning Specialist. Charles Poliquin is a world renown strength conditioning coach who has trained over 400 Olympians, 60 pro hockey players and several football players.

Kin Sze has studied Choy Li Fut and Do Pai kung fu since 1991 under Grandmaster Paul Chan at the Toronto Hong Luck Kung Fu Club. He is an award-winning sanshou (Chinese kickboxing) fighter and forms competitor. He is a silver medallist in the 2001 Canadian National Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing) Team Selection. In 2004, he received silver and bronze at the 2004 First World Traditional Wushu Festival in Zhengzhou, China. He also holds coaching certifications in Sanda / Sanshou from Beijing, China. Some of his students have won medals in Sanda / Sanshou at national Canadian level and regional level competitions.

The song is used to compliment footage of the school's students and the video is intended to encourage young people to participate in the martial arts and other athletics to enhance and ensure their emotional, psychological and physical well being.
