In continuation of our association with ATE Consulting (organisers of the Miele Guide Awards) and our two-year long association with Singapore Tourism Board (STB), we partnered with STB for the Singapore Take Out, India leg. The Take Out is a mobile kitchen that aims to visit 9 cities across the globe with 10 chefs and 14 food brands; a 365-day gastronomic journey of Singaporean cuisine which has travelled the top cities of the world - London, Paris, Moscow, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai...The India leg held in New Delhi at ITC Maurya was a treat for city's gourmands & gave them a sneak peek into the culinary wonders for Singapore. ITC Hotels Chef Rajkamal Chopra & Chef Manisha Bhasin joined Chef Benjamin Seck to create culinary magic. Chef Benjamin Seck wowed the guests with his Peranakan dishes while Chef Rajkamal Chopra & Chef Manisha Bhasin presented savoury fusion delights.
