In this episode of 'Ask GTN Anything About Swimming' we answer:
- How do you train your body not to go into a slight panic state when the water is very cold?
- What is the one go-to drill for improving your horizontal line in the water?
- I’m mostly struggling with breathing and after 15-20m am mostly feeling short of breath. I’m assuming it’s either too much air out under the water or not enough air in while at the side. Do you have any tips for that?
- Do you need to train only in front crawl during your training?
- Full sleeve or sleeveless wetsuits. Who needs which? When to use which one?
