Custard is a non-Newtonian substance which means that when it comes under pressure it will act as a solid rather than a liquid.

This means that if you jump up and down hard and fast enough you should be able to stay on top of a pool of custard without sinking.

The current record holder is 16 year old Fergus, from Edinburgh, who clocked a custard-curdling 2 minutes 37 seconds with his super fast feet.
