Dr. Terry Zachary demonstrates a simple continuous drill (using Handmaster Plus) for strengthening and balancing all of the finger and thumb opening and closing muscles. Before, volleyball players used a rice box or a squeeze ball and elastics and had many exercises to do what Handmaster Plus easily accomplishes in one portable device. Stronger hands mean better volleyball setting and passing.
Handmaster Plus (soft) is also key in the rehabilitation of finger and thumb sprains and jammed fingers.
