People often come to us with complaints of not being able to even get into the starting position of a stretch, let alone being able to actually do the stretch. Well, they've got it all wrong. The true starting position of a stretch is exactly where YOU can start.

In this video, Ryan demonstrates (with Matt's help) what this concept really means for those with limited flexibility. Specifically, they go over the seated forward fold and the pancake, two moves many people struggle with.
