Just thought I would upload another of my songs for you. Let me know what you think, any constructive criticism will help me become a better songwriter :)
My housemate Tom Pollyn is on the ukulele.
This song is about childhood memories, and in particular an old wendy house that I vaguely remember from the woods near my old house. I tried to convey the innocence of childhood through the music and melody. Lyrics:

Dust motes float by, and I think
They're disturbed by our childish antics
And roused by our dreams.
You should have seen the look on your face
When first I brought you to this place,
You smiled, and said you would be around for a while.

I still see you when I close my eyes,
I still hear you when you're hard to find.
I still feel you when I look behind,
To my childhood summertime.

Suddenly you're not near me
And I can't see quite so clearly
Your laughing eyes.
The windows that smiled upon us
Are broken and gathering dust,
You know, you're the first girl I ever brought home.
