The Anchor Program provides recovering Sailors and Coast Guardsmen with an invaluable network of support during a critical chapter of their lives -- the conclusion of their military careers -- and beyond. Navy Safe Harbor is the Navy's lead organization for coordinating the non-medical care of seriously wounded, ill, and injured Sailors, Coast Guardsmen, and their families. Through proactive leadership, the program provides a lifetime of individually tailored assistance designed to optimize the success of the shipmates' recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration activities.
