With over 50 metal and alloy solutions to meet the most demanding selective plating applications, the SIFCO Process® has been utilized for over 50 years on both OEM components and on parts requiring refurbishment in the aerospace, oil and gas, power generation and general industry sectors and meets numerous industrial, military, and aerospace specifications.

The SIFCO Process is simple to perform. In a typical operation, the select area of the part is first masked and then a series of preparatory steps are conducted to ensure an adherent deposit. The last step is the plating of the metal deposit to the desired thickness.
