Common fallacies in probability (when numbers aren't used)

Looking at various probability fallacies, that are often committed by arguers that don't even mention probability at all, or that use the concept informally. Rhetoric and argumentation can cover some grave math errors. And appeals to logic can conceal the fact that that logic is not the correct tool for the situation.
