This No Comply ft: DJ Six Cents - track was recorded in around March of 2011.

With the New [ABC's of] No Comply Line-Up, which was formed in Late 2008 to Early 2009s... to present date as of now which is, the summer of 2011
(7.29.11)

_____________

(.A)are, Justin [Bass / Hi-Vox / Theramin / Turntable].
(.B)utler, Will. [Noise / 2nd Bass / 3rd Vox]
(.C)ovelli, Ian. [Guitar / Drum Sequencer / Lo-Vox]

1st recorded as a a normal thrash/core power violence track.

Then... with me constantly on my Technic 1200 Turntables + Vestax 06 Pro Mix-tic Mixer.
I was always scratching (when not playing in HxC bands) and other similar shyt like that.
I was cuttin' it up & was doing beat juggles & other Turntablist types a' shyt, with all that said... i started to come up w- this.

So inevitably it was only a matter of time I integrated the 2 (Punk Rock X's Hip-Hop = the same shit's that's been done before, like (ie.) in the vein of Beastie Boy type Shyt & etc.

So here is NO COMPLY (not your average Punk), more of a Fast Core / Thrash / Thick Sludging Metal-ish Power Violence that's fueld by Sk8Boarding / Hip-Hop / Graffitti / Anti-Government, Anti-Establishment & plain n' simply just fucking shit up [via] skate, skate, skate, while Drinking, Smoking Chronic & Eating Pharmaceuticals.

So here's Six Cents the Turntablist of The TERROR WRIST Crew (not at all average hip-hop either), it's underground street shit that's fueld by the same shit that my band NO COMPLY is fueled by & it's end result is sick ass cuts, crazy scratching, funky as fuck beat juggles that leave you scratching your head (no pun intended). So it's very unique & underground

It's a re-vised track of a new 2011 EP track called (NO COMPLY -) "It's a P.C.P. O.D." (It's A Politically Correct Person Over Doing-it). There is the norm (if you call it that) version of this track on our myspace pg. if you're interested in hearing it raw & how it was originally recorded.

But this is an homage to the pioneer's (ie.) the X-Ecutioner's & the Invisbl Skratch Piklz (both amazingly talented Turntablist crews) that would "OFTEN" link up w/ bands & other musicians to Mash-Up (a term that's so widely used now when done correctly & done w/ much innovation, can be beautifully executed!

But when just tossing Phil Collins "In the air of the night" w/ a new Eminem instrumental produced by Dr Dre, well sure you'll have people have their head turn for a second or 2, but that shit's as easy as matching the sped up 62 BPM's on the vinyl of Phil Collins & the slowing down of the 88 BPM's of the Eminem Instrumental & lining the kicks, snares, hi hats & etc together over them.
They're then, up to play over each other like a sync'd up pre-recorded band, does that make sense?

BUT... this shit is completely off the Millennium Falcon, for fux sake! This is raw Turntablsit scratching of the Guitar of Ian (No Comply) at the beginning of the track & then tossing it over a dope ass underground hip hop beat while keeping the power violence in fucking strait check... I still rock shit Mix Master Mike style with an Instro. I created... & rippingly cut through the guitar outro of this short, not even minute and a half track. But this is no mere Mash Up, this is a sick ass MOSH UP!
I'm coining that shit, ha ha!

Check this shit & tell me what you think,
especially Dan [KFD/625] Lactose, Magrudergrind crew + ANb & the other homies that dig Hip-Hop & HxC & mixing them together. I hope you guys enjoy this.
