This panel brings together high-level speakers, on the occasion of the launch of the open data working group at the OGP, to debate open data progress so far, and opportunities and challenges ahead. The panel will explore the reality of open data implementation today and how can we move faster to close the gap between rhetoric and reality, thus unlocking the real potential of open data.
