As part of my 10k subscriber special, I decided to do Chi Gong in public for you all, and see how awkward it would be. It was more awkward than wearing a GoPro on my head while playing Pokemon Go :)

The third move in the Chi Gong in front of Strangers series, requires you to pretend you are twirling a hula hoop. Another good exercise for your spine.
