I like Jacklyn, and I think she's a good youtuber. But this glaring omission of fault when blatant plagiarism took place is not good, and I believe that the YouTube creator community needs to take greater steps to not rip each other off. We can discuss each other while still being ethical. It isn't very hard to do.
All footage taken falls under ''fair use'' of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (1998). Therefore, no breach of privacy or copyright has been committed. Freedom of speech is the ability to speak without censorship.
