(Editor's note: Since the posting of this video, Doug Johnson, stepfather of Nathan Duszynski, has been arrested; see http://www.michigancapitolconfidentia....)

Thirteen-year-old hot dog cart operator Nathan Duszynski is the recipient of more bad news: Kurt Dykstra, mayor of Holland, Mich., is defending the city ordinance that protects downtown Holland restaurants from Nathan's "competition." Nathan and his mother are now living in a shelter, unable to afford a place of their own.

The story continues to draw national (and international) attention, with coverage in The Daily Caller, Huffington Post, Reason, the (UK) Daily Mail, CBS News and Yahoo News.

The video that first captured Nathan's plight after the city shut down his hot dog stand can be found at http://www.mackinac.org/17288. The video has now received over 100,000 views.
