Utilizing a small ball lie on your back on the mat and hold the ball up against your shins. Bring your hands up to the ball to hold the ball in place to start. Now alternate opposite leg and arm and lower down straight to floor and bring back up again. Try transferring the ball from your arms to your legs and back again. Keep legs straight for more challenge or bent legs to protect your lower back. It's fun! Intermediate to advanced.
