The morals that Canadians were taught at home, in school, and abide by in reference to how we view aggressive war and the War Criminals that commit them are explained and contained in the opening speech by US Chief Prosecutor Robert H. Jackson during the Nuremberg Trials after WWII. His words were not just words, but the basis of what moral abiding citizens the World over believe in and continue to believe in…they are a Historic testament and an important record to remember on how we judged aggressive war…And, although the Allied forces had no one to bring them to trial for the war crimes they committed during the same war, Nuremberg was used for the foundation of the International Criminal Court of Justice (ICCJ) where any future War Crimes or Crimes Against Humanity would be put on trial…the ICCJ was meant to be the Action behind the words adopted by International law so that mankind would have a place to go to for justice.
I say to you right now, that if you deny justice to victims who suffer Crimes Against Humanity through aggressive war today, then you side with the darkest malevolent forces on the planet that committed Crimes Against Humanity Yesterday…
